The Gulf Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) mandates that copies of the Emirates ID or passport of each passenger be provided when booking.
Upload it at https://balloonflightswaiver.com/ 24 hours prior to flight to finalize your check-in. On-site, prior to flying, they must sign a waiver form.
Those travelers who do not have the applicable paperwork will be banned from flying.

Pickup Time Information
The Balloons Flights group will provide the precise time of pick up the evening earlier than the tour between 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM.
Passengers must also arrive at their assigned pickup spot 10 minutes prior to their scheduled transfer time, or face the possibility of the cancellation of an entire flight.
Shared transfer pickup and drop-off times may be subject to a 30 to 60-minute adjustment depending on traffic and location.

Passenger Eligibility and Safety Guidelines
Child under 5 years of age and those over 70 years of age are not allowed to fly.
The weight limit is 119 kg; those that weigh over this limit will need the approval of the pilot and will be charge a fee. No pregnant women are allowed to fly.
If a guest cancels at the last moment, a 100% no-show fee applies; tour will not be rescheduled and no refund will be issued.
Able bodied and fit enough to climb into and out of the basket and in the brace position on landing.
The company shall not be liable for any adverse health condition; guests fly at their own risk.
Disabled (mental emotional or physical), intoxicated guests (alcohol or Drug), those with heavy luggage may not join the group.
Balloon flight is not recommended if heart problem, serious knee/back problem, any major surgery within the last six months, fear of heights.

Flights depend on weather condition. The pilot has decided in accordance with safety procedures whether the flight should continue or be cancelled.
Guests receive a rescheduled date or a full refund if cancellation is due to the weather.
